Send a micro-survey 30 days after the event. Can employees still recall the speaker's core framework or catchphrase? If they can, cultural alignment has occurred.

Track the volume of internal (Slack/Teams) and external (LinkedIn) mentions during the keynote. High engagement indicates the content resonated deeply enough to share instantly.
